I have upgraded HDP from 2.4.2 to 2.5.3 and Ambari to 2.4.2. I do not see phoenix query server on my phoenix/hbase nodes. I don't see an install option through the ambari menu either. Any ideas?

In the Ambari Hosts view, click on a host, and then the "Add" button near the top of the page. This should contain the "Phoenix Query Server" that you can click to install it on the given host.

A tip that's related to the Phoenix Query Server because a lot of people ask about how to make Phoenix as a whole active: You need to enable Phoenix after installing it, which you do easily in Ambari. See Enabling Phoenix and Interdependent Components in the Data Access Guide for HDP 2.5.3.
