Hi there,
Quick question regarding porting metadata repository.
In our environment, we have three clusters; development, test and production. During the development some metadata are captured nicely in the development cluster. Is there a way to port those captured entries to test and subsequently to the production environment nicely? If it is possible, what is the best approach to do it?

If you have your data is in hdfs and If your CM version is same in all your cluster/environment (if you are using different CM Login), then the easy way is
ClouderaManager -> Backup(menu) -> Peers -> Add Peer
ClouderaManager -> Backup(menu) -> Replication Schedules -> Create schedule
or you can use distcp
