Restricting combination of dataset is not working

img-20170911-wa0028.jpgI have a table, where I wanted to restrict a combination of 2 column, but its not working

can someone pls help

For some reason my policy screen shot is not clear. so here is the allow condition

Resources Accessd Together?: combination.toxic.state_tax,combination.toxic.local_tax

Hive Global Tables Allow is Disabled ( I have cheked in both the way )

/> select * from combination.toxic;

Can you post the details on the policies? Do you see any error in hive server log?
