Dears,

 

Trying to sign up for the free trial to try and test the dataflow, unfortunately, I got this error:

 

403

There was a problem authenticating your request.

Account '001Hr00001myQliIAE' not found

Check service status

 

How to solve this?

Also, I got access denied when trying to test a session when try to test dataflow from this link: "https://www.cloudera.com/products/dataflow/cdp-tour-dataflow-flow-designer.html" ;

Error below:

Sorry for no one answering so far. 
We do want to give you a good experience on your trial. 

I assume you requested your free trial from here:

When was that error hit? Just after the sign-up?
