Setup Hortonworks Sandbox using VM

Hello, is there anyone know why my Ambari cannot be open after I have successfully installed Hortonworks Sandbox. It stated an error "Access Error: 404 -- Not Found Cannot locate document:"

I have installed both 3.0.1 and 2.6.5 version of Sandbox HDP Virtualbox and both shows the same error.

If possible, please share /etc/ambari-server/conf/ambari.properties and ambari-server logs.

I think I can't access all of that. After I click the launch dashboard on the left side, it bring me to the this error site @nikhilm

I have identified, my http port 8088 already been used.

So, is it recommended for me to kill the port or change my Ambari port to a new one ?
