Solr configuration with Standby NameNode

New Contributor

Hi,

After moving to StandBy NameNode, my Solr doesn’t work anymore.

In fact, in solrconfig.xml, we give the namenode hostname:

<str name="solr.hdfs.home">

I replace the hostname by the cluster name but it didn't work.

I tried also to put a comma or column separate hostname. It didn’t either work.

Any suggestion will be welcome.

Thanks

Regards

Farhad

Re: Solr configuration with Standby NameNode

Hi @Farhad Heybati Instead of cluster name I believe you need to mentioned namenode nameserviceID which you mentioned while configuring NN HA.

Re: Solr configuration with Standby NameNode

can you please show me the output of below command?

hadoop fs -ls hdfs://<servicename>/
