Take to many time when upsert action in Mongodb using PutMongoRecord Processor

I need to upsert 5MB data bulk to the mongo db collection where in Cloud environment. But it takes almost 5 hours for the upsert action.

here is the properties in PutMongoRecord processor. Can you  suggest me the proper solution for that matter.
