First step is to regiser, but i already have this user, can i just use this one, or i need a different user?

Right now it cannot restart after upload the license and restart, i may wait next monday to redo, where can i remove the license for now so CM can start?

Hi Shannon,

If you got a special trial support license from someone in Cloudera you should talk to them about the issue you are having.

I am familiar with going from an Express License to clicking on the "Trial License" on the license page.  A license wizard will step you though setting up a CM Reports Manager Service.

But, it seems you have skipped this and just uploaded a license.

You could try adding the Reports Manager , but getting directions from the source you got the license from is best.

Good Luck,

Tina
