Unable to access Support Portal

Hello, I want to create a Case in the Cloudera support Portal. Even after finishing registeration, it redirects me this page below

Hello,

To access the support portal you need to have a valid subscription with Cloudera, at least as far as I know. If you do have a valid subscription then I think it would be better to contact Cloudera directly or through your sales representative.
