Unable to start services on hdp sandbox 2.6.5 even after Ambari-agent restart

Even after restarting of Ambari-agent restart ... Services are not getting start. Follow all the procedures given different forums but still most of the services are dead... not sure how to start there is no clear document to follow-up.  Hortonworks VM is suppose to be for beginner to kick-off in 10 minutes but unfortunately it looks like one required high calibration of troubleshooting skills.

@Abd Can you please share the exceptions/errors you are getting on the Ambari operation tab while starting the services?
