What are different logs that are generated during DSX Local installation?

After installation I navigated to the /tmp directory on the installer node to take a look at the logs. There were multiple log files present in the directory. Which all log file/files do I need to check for any DSX local related issues?

@Robert Hryniewicz There are different log files in the installer directory /install/InstallPackage/tmp/.

Progress.txt - This file shows progress of installation, if installer fails in any step and not complete we can check the last step which was installed successfully in this log file and then resume installation from that specific step.

SetupCluster.out - This file have the detailed logs from installation, it is good to refer this file to see detailed reasons for failure of any step. If installation will complete successfully, the last line of the file displays WDP_FINISH|0|ip_address where ip_address represents the web address or virtual ip address to sign into your DSX client.

Wdp.*.log - This log file also gives you detailed logs for installation but do not provide detailed logs for each step. It would rather provide details for the packages and services installed and give status of each step.

ansible.log - This log file contains details of all network activities, so if you want to debug any network or hardware related issues you can look into this log file.

retry_*_0.out - These files contain details of any step that was retried for installation.
