apache atlas service is started but atlas home page is not unavailable

I have deployed hdp2.5 in azure cloud and have started all atlas related services(hbase, ambari infra, kafka and other services as well.) but still when i try to open atlas home url., its not getting connected . where as i could able to open all other links., Can some one please help in this regard.

Please check atlas logs from /var/log/atlas/application.log, it should give you more information about the problem.
