cloudera-scm-server is dead but pid file exits

Hi community,
Please help to up cloudera-scm-server. While checking status of scm server we get error cloudera-scm-server is dead but pid file exits.
we killed pid but same issue still there. Please suggest what to do.

@Net you can check if this PID exists delete it /var/run/cloudera-scm-server.pid
or the below docs
