configuring SOLR conflicts

Master Collaborator

I am following hortonworks document about installing SOLR but its giving the location of audits as

ranger.audit.solr.urls =                    http://solr_host:6083/solr/ranger_audits
but when I install SOLR its creating the audit url as

http://hadoop1:6083/solr/#/ranger_audits

Is my url the right audit solr url ?

Is ranger_audits part of a page which has other sections. Hash simply identifies a fragment. You have other sections on your page, and when you click ranger audits, your browser is directly going to that subsection of your solr page. I think this is fine. "#" basically enables you to go to subsections of a web page which has multiple sections.
