error in CDH 6.3.2 installation: Unknown encoding latin1

while installing a cluster using cloudera manager, I got an error - Unknown encoding:latin-1-<hostname>

How to solve this. There is no detail about this error.

Any error you can find from the agent log on the "hadoopserver" host? What about CM server log?
