facing issue while installing cluster

facing this issue when i am trying to add host and install cluster on it.

Error:

Do you have TLS enabled for this CDH Cluster? What are the steps followed to add new Host to this CDH Cluster?

> After installing all the required parcels/packages, have you started the Cloudera Manager Agent using the mentioned command?
