hdfs PUT false

When uploading large files over 3G, HDFS sends an error

could only be written to 0 of the 1 minReplication nodes. There are 4 datanode(s) running and 4 node(s) are excluded in this operation.

But small files have  not  this problem, such as 1g 2G files

My version is 6.3
