i have python 2.6 installed in my HDP. i want to upgrade it to 3.0 or above. can i upgrade it? if i can, could i know the process?

You must be using Python 2.6.x Or Python 2.7.x While using HDP 2.6.x Or Amabri 2.6.x

Else you will not be on the tested & Certified configuration of Python.

Python3 can cause your cluster to now function properly specially when it is managed by Ambari.
