problem with ambari metrics alerts

i install and configure the ambari HDP in my cluster. all services like HDFS, MR, YARN, Zookeeper run without alerts but ambari metrics has some alerts i can not how to fix them. (see picture)

what should i do? (i stop all and start all services before but it didn't made any change)

You can click on Alert Definition name (such as Metrics Collector Process, Metrics Collector - Auto-restart Status) to get to know about the issue. The next page that opens up after clicking will have Response area when you scroll down. Clicking on Response area will provide you complete information.
