query executed in HIVE but cannot see results

New Contributor

I am working in HIVE with twitter flume data. So far I have successfully created the table and loaded the data in also but when I want to run a query on that external table I get the following error.

It looks like the data format is different from what the serde expects.

Can you share your data as well as table DDL so that we can see what might be wrong?
