replication schedules related question since we have none

In cloudera mgr > under Backup > replication schedules

I see no replication schedules.

Do we need to create the replication schedules, or the system has its own replication running on the back end , in case of a disaster to recover from it.

or should we create a replication schedule, to replicate our data on daily basis.

we only have one single cluster with 3 master nodes and 4 data nodes. this is the only cluster we have.

You need to create them. None exist by default. You could replicate to the same cluster but a different folder but mostly it is used to replicate data and metadata to another cluster.
