unable to continue on license page

Dear Team,

I have received my developer license . i tried to login , its redirecting  to "To get started, please accept our online services terms" page (Cloudera - Onboarding). here i read the entire terms and continue. i scrolled to bottom page. but "continue" button is not enabled.

Note: i have removed my extensions.

Please help me on it
