why the parcels are stuck in distributed status

we are testing the trial version of the cloudera data platform (CDP7). But when we are running to the Step7 of the Parcel installation. It is stuck in the status of the distribution. Any suggestion for this step? Thanks.

@allenchen check if the parcels and sha files exist on CM server under /opt/cloudera/parcel-repo [default location]

and files permission should be owned and accessible by cloudera-scm user. Make sure agents are able to heartbeat correctly to CM server, try restarting the CM agent and check the CM agent logs , flood logs etc to look for any parcel errors.

I found I was stuck on the below, is there any way to skip the errors?

@allenchen please substitute the repo links with the version you want to install. Refer below document for download links. There was a known bug in one of the previous CM versions where {latest_supported} is not translated by express wizard.
