CDP Operational Database supports disabling the ephemeral storage in CLI

COD provides the ability to disable the ephemeral storage using a new command ‘--disable-ephemeral-storage’.

This is available starting in COD v1.15 and you do not need to upgrade to a higher version of COD to benefit from this feature.
