CDP Operational Database supports disengaging autoadmin database function

COD can disable the autonomous database functions, and because of that, the autonomous functions stop managing a database. A database cannot leverage an autonomous function when COD disables it; however, the functions are available and accessible as a datahub cluster.

This is available starting in COD v1.14 and you do not need to upgrade to a higher version of COD to benefit from this feature.
