If I reading your post correctly you are only looking to delete your specific Cloudera account. Allow me to refer you to Cloudera's Privacy and Data Policies page. In the "How can I lodge a complaint?" section you will see what information to include in an email to privacy@cloudera.com to request the deletion of your account. The privacy team will follow up from there.

I checked with the certification team. They advised that you should put your company name in the Account field. You can also put "N/A" if you wish not to provide the information.
