Here are the ways to create a new post:
Questions can be posted in a couple of few ways.
The easiest is surfaced at the top of all pages in the navigation header where a "Ask a question" button has been placed on the right. This will bring members directly to the page to create a question in the support questions board.
Another way to post is also via the contribute option in the navigation header.
You can also post directly from each board, just above the content on the left, where you have the appropriate permissions. Questions: Articles or Repos:
