@Ant5566 This seems a known issue. You need to update tez jars location path in hive.sh under TEZ_JARS property. TEZ_JARS="/opt/cloudera/parcels/CDH/jars/tez-:/opt/cloudera/parcels/CDH/lib/tez/.jar:$CONF_DIR/tez-conf" Restart the service.

@Cluster-CDP I can see bionic parcels as well. Please make sure you are using the correct document and method to install the Spark. Follow below doc: https://docs.cloudera.com/runtime/7.2.7/cds-3/topics/spark-spark-3-packaging.html https://docs.cloudera.com/runtime/7.2.7/cds-3/topics/spark-install-spark-3-parcel.html

@cbonnot I've tried with the email/password used to connect to cloudera.com. It doesn't work Yes, That's expected it will never work. Those credentials needs to be generated via a Enterprise License key means a valid subscription you Cloudera portal user name and Password don't have anything to do with this. Regarding the 401 status please remove all those links with "/p" by clicking "-" sign and save changes. It should go away.

@ThinkBig Upgrades from HDP 3.x to CDP Private Cloud Base are not currently supported. The best way is to build new CDP cluster and then migrate the Data using Replication Manager or any alternate way which suits you. Refer the Supported Upgrade Path: https://docs.cloudera.com/cdp-private-cloud/latest/upgrade/topics/cdpdc-upgrade-paths.html Use of Replication Manager: https://docs.cloudera.com/cdp-private-cloud/latest/data-migration/topics/cdp-data-migration-replication-manager-to-cdp-data-center.html Also I would encourage you to contact Cloudera for planning a better migration plan since you already have subscription.

@cbonnot Unfortunately with the new Paywall Expansion all Cloudera Repo is behind the Paywall now means you will need a valid subscription to download that. For the trial purposes you can try the latest CDP7 version but not the old version. https://www.cloudera.com/downloads/cdp-private-cloud-trial.html.html

@sass You can check the supported versions of database below and then choose anyone to upgrade to. https://docs.cloudera.com/documentation/enterprise/release-notes/topics/rn_consolidated_pcm.html#cdh_cm_supported_db The packages you listed are SQL packages not the DB so DB server upgrade should take care of the dependencies. CM server just need a DB running in healthy state with all configuration set rightly.

@ryu I don't think so it's possible easily as HDP consists some custom pckgs and integrate it with in product or Ambari.

@weekh745_ Can you provide the link? Cloudera has discontinued the QuickStart VMs so if you are using some old URL then it's expected. The only QuickStart VM is available below: https://www.cloudera.com/downloads/cdp-private-cloud-trial.html Check out the official NOTE: https://docs.cloudera.com/documentation/enterprise/5-14-x/topics/cloudera_quickstart_vm.html#xd_583c10bfdbd326ba-3ca24a24-13d80143249--7f9d Some Alternative if interested: https://community.cloudera.com/t5/Support-Questions/Cloudera-Quickstart-VM-Download/td-p/291225
