if it is on RHEL/centos, take a look at yum list installed | grep hue on the node where you installed hue. Once you know what the packages are, you can uninstall each one with yum erase <hue package> Most likely you will see hue, hue-beeswax, hue-common, hue-hcatalog, hue-pig and hue-server packages.
