@Samratha Enukonda did you use admin/admin combination of username and password? The new username and password is maria_dev/maria_dev for regular user. For admin user you need to ssh to the VM and reset password to your own choosing. In your network adapter properties, make sure allow all is enabled for 2nd adapter. Once that's set, make sure there's no firewall blocking traffic. As last resort, make sure port forward of zk port is enabled.
