Guys, We have various clusters and heavily configured over the period of time, and would like to replicate same cluster and another production environment. Secondly : Most importantly, would like to replicate any changes made in one prod environment to another automatically. Like any addition of rules in Ranger or any other configuration changes. Guys, I see that on the cluster of 40 nodes, on three edge nodes, we have knox previously installed. I am not sure why some one would configure three edge nodes. What are the advantages of having more than one Knox instance when Knox does not run in HA. ... View more

Guys, We have setup a Kerberized and A/D integrated HDP 2.3 Cluster. On the same cluster, after setting up Ranger, when I try to define policies for any components, I see all the groups available in A/D. For a larger organization, I suspect it would go in terms of hundreds.In such scenario, how can I restrict the number of groups appearing in the drop down when defining policies? Thanks. ... View more
