Hello ,   I installed HDFS using Cloudera Manager 5 . Then i tried to browse http://localhost:50070/  it was not working . I tried running iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 50070 -j ACCEPT still its not working. Please  help .   Thanks Bala ... View more

Hello ,   I am trying to install Cloudera Search . My big doubt is I have installed Cloudera manager in my system and added Hive , Hue , Mapreduce, Solr , Zookeeper , OOzie and HDFS . Now while reading the cloudera documentation on installing the Cloudera search , i come across installation of the Solr , Zookeper again using yum install .   Should i install to them again  ?????????????????????????????   Thanks Bala ... Hello Adam , Thanks for your reply . I have installed Cloudera Manager 5 Enterprise edition . It was strange that i didnt get any issues like the one i mentioned above .
