Hi @Sunile Manjee , I am also looking for Encryption at rest for Kafka messages. But prefer not to pass on the messages to the HDFS. Consider our requirement more or less like "disk theft" which contains credit card transaction logs for 100s of credit card holders or military data. Thanks in advance.

I'd recommend to test connectivity first. You can do it with beeline tool. Once you connected to jdbc url from beeline u can continue experiments with eclipse.

is this fixed? We are facing same issue with json-smart.jar.. My application uses 2.1 version, whereas hadoop 2.6 has 1.1.1 version in the classpath..

Good call Vladimir. mkdir: Permission denied: user=yarn, access=WRITE, inode="/user/ambari-qa/falcon/demo/primary/input/enron/2015-12-30-01":ambari-qa:hdfs:drwxr-xr-x I executed the job from falcon using ambari-qa. Is there any configuration I can change so it uses the user ambari-qa during execution?

@Alex Miller I have reviewed internal HWX jira and G1GC is not supported.
