Hi @Mini,
I am sorry to read that you had issues taking the exam. The appropriate contact to look into your exam would be to email certification@cloudera.com which gets you right to the team that would investigate it. I would also make sure to add their email address to your trusted list so any replies do not get caught in the spam filter. Being the weekend, they likely won't get back to you until Monday at the soonest. If you don't hear back by Tuesday, let me know and I will reach out to my contacts to check the status of the review.

Thinks for bringing this up @AcharkiMed. I've seen this type of thing happen on other communities as well. While the view count is nice I also consider things like number of kudos and replies when guaging the popularity of a post. I'm assuming your concern is people thinking their post is popular when it could be them, or others, checking on it to see if there are updates. Am I correct?
If the reason for refreshing the page is to see if there is a new reply, I would suggest checking your subscription settings. I have mine set to notify me immediately of new activity plus I look often at the notification count on most pages.

Thanks for the feedback @GeKas. Typically new boards are created when there is sufficient volume in a particular topic. That being said, we are working on a plan to simplify the board structure on the community using less boards in the future. Under the new plan, topics would be surfaced via the assigned labels on the community.
In the meantime, I'll do some looking into ways to better surface these topics.

@Former Member Can you advise which certification is in question here? I'll reach out to the certification team but I want to be ready in case they ask. 🙂

I thought that might be what you meant. I am not aware of a way to install the QuickStart without the use of a VM. It sounds like your approach would be attempting to install CDH and Cloudera Manager directly to the laptop. This brings up a different list of hardware requirements and issues. You would lose the ease of setup provided with the QuickStart VM. Cloudera QuickStart VM also includes a tutorial, sample data, and scripts for getting started that are not present when you go this route.
Perhaps someone else knows of a better way to acheive your goal that I am not aware of.

Hi @Mohsin,
Even if the files where run without VirtualBox you would not have 8GB of RAM available. Windows 10 64bit requires a minimum of 2GB of RAM leaving you with 6GB before you even take into consideration any other software you have running on the laptop at the time.

@Braz
I see that you mentioned attaching a file but do not see it. If you were unsuccessful can you reach out to me via private message so I can investigate the posting issue?
