@123456789I would kill all unnessesary pending jobs, then run your command again.  Copy "the url to track the job" displayed in the output (similar to what you posted), and open that URL the web browser of the Quickstart VM.  From that page, you will be able to see the "State" of your job as well as a Diagnostics section that will have any errors at the Job level.  You can also scroll to the bottom to see the logs for any attempts to run the job under ApplicationMasters' "logs" link(s) to see if there are errors occuring in them.  Post whatever information you find there to this post, and people will be able to better help you.   ...
