Hi Cibi: This seems the mismatch of encryption types between clients and the KDC server. her is main configuration steps: 1. Stop the cluster through CM 2. Go to CM --> Administration --> Kerberos --> 'Kerberos Encryption Types', delete default encryption type:"rc4-hmac"(important!), then add the following encryption types: arcfour-hmac aes128-cts aes256-cts des-cbc-crc des-cbc-md5 3. Do redeploy krb5.conf through CM, and restart the cluster.
