Hi experts,   Im having a problem with exercise 1. When i run this sentence:   sqoop import-all-tables \ -m 1 \ --connect jdbc:mysql://quickstart.cloudera:3306/retail_db \ --username=retail_dba \ --password=cloudera \ --compression-codec=snappy \ --as-parquetfile \ --warehouse-dir=/user/hive/warehouse \ --hive-import   i'm having this error:  ERROR tool.ImportAllTablesTool: Encountered IOException running import job: org.apache.hadoop.ipc.RemoteException(org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.namenode.SafeModeException): Cannot create directory /user/root/.staging.
