@johnnyyqzheng Apologies for the delayed update. Writing this update as soon as I could. From your previous post, I see that you are still observing the presence of the log4j files after upgrading to CDP 717 SP1. May I know if you got a chance to review the KB article regarding this? If not, Please read this and let me know if you have followup questions. https://my.cloudera.com/knowledge/Clarification-of-Log4J-1x-Remediation-on-CDP-717-SP1-and-CM771?id=373883 V

Hello @EFasdfSDfaSDFG Thank you for bringing this to our community. I understand you are seeking operability of Ozone with native REST API. Per my internal research, I learned that the native REST API for Ozone is completely superseded by the S3 REST API and deprecated in the later versions of ozone. Additionally, I would like to stress that the native REST API neither has official support nor maintained in the Upstream Server. To help you efficiently, May I know the current Ozone and the CDP version that you are making use of? V

@shofialau Thank you for bringing this to our Community. Did you get help on this? I am getting this error, so I cant continue installation. I am using RHEL 8 btw. Sanity Check: Since you are installing, I am under the impression that your version of CM/CDP is compatible with RHEL8. Please consider reviewing our Interactive Cloudera Support Matrix. https://supportmatrix.cloudera.com/ Also, The highlighted ERROR snip indicates the concerned CM agent is unable to send HB to the CM Server. Is this happening to only one CM agent or multiple ones? Additionally, Have you checked the networking parameters of this node as mentioned in the previous update? Let us know how it goes. V

@yagoaparecidoti Welcome to the Cloudera Community. I understand that this connection failure between Impala JDBC Driver and NiFi is randomly disrupted. Q. Are the other queries from Impala running fine? Q. Version of NiFi and CDH/CDP? Q. Is this specific only to the connection between NIFI and the Impala driver? Q. May I know the size of the cluster? Q. What are the values set for the following: idle_session_timeout idle_query_timeout fe_service_threads and idle_client_poll_time_s Q. Do you also have TLS-enabled in the client communication?

@Timo Thank you for bringing this to our community. You may follow @aakulov s' suggestion for Hue. However, if this ask is about Cloudera Manager UI, Please try the following: For Cloudera Manager Custom Header Color The custom header color is used to distinguish different instances of Cloudera Manager. CM > Administration > Settings(Scope) > Custom Header Color For Cloudera Manager Custom Banner Text The custom banner is used to display customer specific text in the header area. CM > Administration > Settings(Scope) > Custom Banner Text Bonus: For Cloudera Manager Custom Information Assurance Policy Text An information assurance policy statement that must be agreed to in order for a user to login. CM > Administration > Settings(Scope) > Custom Information Assurance Policy Text Feel free to mark this reply as "Accept as Solution" to highlight this as an answer for other community users, and If you find my answer useful, you may drop a kudo by clicking the thumbs up button. @pusintek Thank you for bringing this to our forum. Since you mentioned all the pods were RUNNING state, Did you happen to check the following: 1. Any Errors observed on the ECS/Storage WebUI? 2. Could there be any firewall/network related configuration that is blocking the communication? 3. What is the health status observed on the prometheus-server pod? 4. Is this fresh installation of ECS or has this worked prior to this issue? V

@damnworld Thank you for sharing the screenshot. A service named 'kyuubi' which is a SQL gateway. Now I can still find it in the 'Add Service' page even I have deleted the parcel and the csd file. May I know how and where did you delete the parcel and the csd files from? Did you also try CM UI > Service > Delete? The attached screenshot show /../../parcels and not /.../../parcel-repo. You can review the associated parcels and CSD files from the following default location on CM Server, under: 1. CM UI > Parcels > Parcel Repositories & Network Settings > Remote Parcel Repository URLs section, click the "-" icon to remove the URL for your Parcel repository > Save Changes. 2. /opt/cloudera/csd/ 3. /opt/cloudera/parcel-repo/ Post the above checks, we recommend restarting CM Server. [john.doe@cmserver ~] $ systemctl restart cloudera-scm-server Let us know how it goes. V
