Joy,   I took a look at the item in question, and you're partially correct.  The rationale for why that answer is wrong is incorrect, but that answer is still wrong.  The correct rationale is the same as the rationale for why B is wrong, except that the error is in the reducer.   When you wrote your test code, I assume you either automatically fixed the error, or you used Hadoop streaming, in which case the error will not appear.   If any of that is unclear, let me know, and we can take it offline.   Thanks for catching that!
