Azure Cloudbreak HDP 2.6 creation failed

I am using cloudbreak to create HDP Version 2.6.5.0-292 cluster. After being in create progress for 45 minutes, it failed with error:

Infrastructure creation failed. Reason: Failed to retrieve the server's certificate 7/11/2018, 4:15:48 PM

Any ideas?
