Can I install HDF on HDP cluster?

Im having HDP cluster and now I want to install HDF also, can I do it on HDP or I need to have separate cluster?

You can install HDF on an HDP cluster, but be mindful of which services are running on which nodes so you don't get performance issues. To install HDF on a new HDP cluster, you can use these instructions; for an existing HDP cluster, use this.

I have currently set up a HDF 3.3.1 with NiFi on a standalone machine. I want to go ahead and install HDFS for storage purposes.
Can I work with the latest version of HDP ??
Please advice !!! @Matt Burgess
