Can delegate admin user will able to manage "selecting and changing user/group and permissions" in Ranger Policy ?

As I know delegate admin user cannot add new policy for new paths but can add more paths under the main path for Ranger policy.

My Question is, Can delegate admin user will able to manage "selecting and changing user/group and permissions" in Ranger policy ?

Yes, delegate admin in Ranger can all "selecting and changing user/group and permissions" for all this policies. Delegate admin will have full permissions as admin but with respective to that policy only.
