How to import workflow.xml in HUE 3.9?

Hi, in older versions of HUE I can import workflow.xml from GUI.

1) Is it possible in HUE 3.9?

2) Alternatively, how to convert workflow.xml to workflow.json?

3) Where HUE stores workflows metadata?

This is the way of doing

There is no more xml export, just json exports.
