Must be simple answer, but I am having issues deleting the connection in NiFi. I would like to delete the connection and reconfigure it.

I had to disable the processor and then I was able to delete the connection.

Yes, the connection cannot be deleted while it is providing data to a downstream component. The downstream component must be disabled or deleted before the connection can be deleted.
