Latest version of ambari available is "Ambri 2.4.1"

Also as per Apache Ambari (Last Published: 2016-11-06) information : https://ambari.apache.org/
Ambari currently supports the 64-bit version of the following Operating Systems: RHEL (Redhat Enterprise Linux) 6 and 7 CentOS 6 and 7 OEL (Oracle Enterprise Linux) 6 and 7 SLES (SuSE Linux Enterprise Server) 11 Ubuntu 12 and 14 Debian 7
