hdfs namenode -bootstrapStandby + nodename not start from CLI

when we start the namenode in ambari cluster we get the following errors

inspite the resolving of the hosts/ips are ok

what else chould be

hdfs namenode -bootstrapStandby -force

Is passwordless installed between the namenode and secondary namenode ( or standby if you are HA )
can you check in the namenode UI the checkpoints ?
