how to get audits related to a particular resource type + resource name by rest call

question for getting audits related to specific resource type + resource name:

eg: get all the audits related to the db=db_1 and table=test_table ?

generally if we filter audits for test_table then it returns audits for all the table even if it belongs to other db.
