if we use sqoop to extract data from tera adta and use hive + tez engine, in any case, we should use web service or any other tools for ready and write request?

You can use Hive view from Amabri.

You can use Zeppelin and Hive

You can use Squirrel or DBVisualizer.

If you google Hive and tools then you can find several options.
