why i could not find this “dfs.image.transfer.timeout” parameter ?

Hi All,  

why i could not find this “dfs.image.transfer.timeout” parameter in my namenode configuaration section.

i am using cdh 4.1.3.

am i missing anything  ?

yes,  i did change in below location

HDFS -> CONFIGURATION -> SERVICE WIDE -> ADVANCED ->  HDFS Service Safety Valve
