Getting assistance for Sandbox issues in the Sandbox Forums

When submitting issues in the Sandbox forums, make sure to provide the following information:

Describe the problem: Provide stack traces, screen shots and error messages. For instance, "Receiving error 'permission denied' when trying to access file in the File Browser View"

Steps to reproduce the issue: Here just provide steps of how you reproduce the behavior you are seeing.

What have you done to analyze the issue: For instance, reinstalled Sandbox, cleared cache on my browser etc..
